EURO 2012 SEMI FINALS: SPAIN VS PORTUGAL, ANOTHER CLASSICO?
Spain's Cesc Fabregas has described wednesday's meeting with Portugal as another Classico of some sort i you bear in mind that Coentrao,Pepe and Christiano Ronaldo all play for Real Madrid and they would be up against a Spanish team made up of partly players from Real Madrid and Barcelona.
It sure promises to be an exciting and enthralling encounter considering the fact that the two sides play a sweet brand of free flowing football,although the Spanish team is far ahead in terms of possession but it would be nice to see how the likes of Sergio Ramos, Casillas,Arbeloa and Alonso hold out against three of their own from Real Madrid. And guess what? 'The Chosen One' will definitely be in the stands watching, but i am not really sure if he's going to be rooting for his Los Merengues lads.
In terms of quality, i would rate the Spanish team to go through tomorrow but as it has already played out in major leagues across the world this year, there's no writing off the underdogs especially one with a player like Christiano Ronaldo!
